The Chairman of the BiH Presidency, Milorad Dodik, has said that he does not know why Bosniaks decided to delay the appointment of a candidate for chairman of the BiH Council of Ministers, noting that it is hard to resolve this issue without consensus and that this is why we must wait.
“No one disputes that it should be a Serb and that it should be Zoran Tegeltija, but the Bosniak member of the BiH Presidency (Sefik) Dzaferovic feels that we should wait, I don’t know for what. I will have to get used to this practice of constant anticipation, waiting, inability for things to be resolved quickly,” Dodik told reporters in Sarajevo.
He has said that he, as the Chairman of the BiH Presidency, launched consultations, feeling that conditions are right to propose a candidate.
“The Presidency has an obligation to propose a candidate for chairman of the BiH Council of Ministers 15 days after the formation of the House of Representatives. The time is running out now,” Dodik has said.
