Banjaluka – The Republika Srpska Parliament feels that the structural dialogue on the judiciary must unfold only within the framework of the conclusions of the Republika Srpska Parliament and the concomitant recommendations, says a press release from the Republika Srpska Cabinet.
“If the priorities of the structural dialogue on judiciary are expanded by additional matters, the Republika Srpska will reconsider its further participation in talks,” says the press release.
The Cabinet accepted a report from a seminar on the determination of priorities with a view to expanding the structural dialogue on the judiciary by the inclusion of additional aspects of the issue within the framework of the rule of law.
The Cabinet accepted a report on the development and construction of irrigation systems in Gradiska and Latktasi Municipalities. The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Resources and the Vode Srpske public company are tasked with cooperating with Gradiska and Laktasi Municipalities in preparing a connecting canal project and a conceptual design for artificial lakes.
Vode Srpske public company is to repair the Osorna-Boran-Ljevicanica canal for a length of 25.6 km, as part of the emergency flood assistance and protection project.
The Cabinet has tasked the Ministry for Spatial Planning, Construction and Ecology, Gradiska and Laktasi Municipalities, to include in the necessary documentation the connecting canal and artificial lakes.
