The most striking example of aggression

Banjaluka – The NATO bombing of FR Yugoslavia is the most flagrant example of aggression without real cause and without a subsequent apology or admission that a crime was committed contrary to the international law, says a press release from the Republika Srpska Organisation of Families of Captured and Killed Soldiers and Missing Civilians.

“The hypocrisy and double standards must especially be stressed, since the U.S. and their satellites use force for their own interests, not the interests of justice, which they demonstrated many times before and after 1999, and we are witness to their policy now in the Crimea, Kosovo and Metohia, and possibly sometime later in the event of a desire of the people of Republika Srpska for independence,” says the press release.

The Republika Srpska Organisation of Families of Captured and Killed Soldiers and Missing Civilians is not ready to support BiH’s accession to NATO, and the least Republika Srpska can do is conduct a referendum on accession.

The Organisation calls absurd and shameless the campaign to “coax, but, in fact, blackmail, the people and government of BiH to supposedly voluntarily join NATO,” saying that if something is in the interest of the people it needs no persuading.

“Serbs at least have fresh experiences with NATO’s benevolence, starting from the bombing of the Republic of the Serbian Krajina, Republika Srpska and Serbia, not to mention the many individual crimes, including deaths as consequence of depleted uranium,” says the press release.

The Organisation says that NATO is not a security-political organisation, but a tool for implementing the imperialistic policy of the U.S. and its allies.(SRNA)
